I think a real estate glossary is an excellent addition to the web site. There have been several instances when I was in need of an explanation related to real estate terms. In fact, there are several web sites that focus on helping people understand certain terms such as computers or medical terms, which is great. In addition, a real estate glossary will most likely bring more viewers to the web site and an added bonus is people can use this forum to discuss any questions they may have in regards to understanding the terms.

A wiki is only as good as the people contributing to it...I think it would be a great resource as long as we can maintain some editorial control to ensure the content is accurate and helpful.

Adding a wikki would totally add some value to your site for keywords and additional pages.
It would probably produce some good content for the site and help out with SEO.
