The US Census Bureau has recently released their TigerLine data for the latter half of 2006. Each year they release two editions - First Edition (FE) and Second Edition (SE). We use this data on ProepertyMaps for our geocoder and reverse geocoder. With the updated information we will be able to improve the accuracy of pushpin placement.
Also, it seems that the USCB will be releasing TigerLine data in the form of shape files (as well as GML, WFS, and WMS) starting with the 2007 data. Personally I find shape files to be easier to work with than the route files currently offered.
