I am trying to sell my rental property that currently has two families living inside of it. I would like to have the property looking clean and organized when the buyers come in. I have already told my tenants about this, but they are not keeping the place as clean as I would like it. What can I do?
I was thinking of evicting them, but I need the rent money and I don't have the heart to tell them they have to leave and find a new place, just so I can show the buyers a clean house. Any suggestions?
