The Philadelphia condo market has experienced a surge over the past 5 years and many new condominiums have come up during this period. This gives the condo buyers a number of options. Currently the Philadelphia condos can be divided into 3 broad categories: low-rise, mid-rise, and high-rise condos. Each type has their unique pros and cons.
