I think a great feature would be to allow searching of the property descriptions for certain key words like "short sale" or "for investors," stuff like that.

Sorry if this is already possible, I didn't see the option anywhere. I think it would be extremely useful though.

Yes, this is something we are working on. After upgrading the database infrastructure, we have the capability to add more advanced search features. I can't disclose what those features are right now, but nobody else in this space currently has them. I can say we will have a description search.
