DI am looking at getting my first rental. How the rental market now? And what should I be aware of?

you can rent a house in sydney,i spent last one year here.australia work visa is not too much hard and it is very easy to find a good job in this area,

Cannot tell the rental market without knowing the country which your property is in. Need more info.
