I've travelled to Spain before, I was surprised not only by its beautiful scenery but booming real estate. So from then on, I've made up my mind to buy a property in Spain. It is said that Spain's property is very flourishing, more and more foreigners have come to Spain for investing in real estate, such as canary island property and property for sale granada are cited examples, they are very suitable for living. Moreover, we don’t have to the money, because we can easily get loans from bank. I wish everyone who likes Spain can buy a ideal house in Spain and live a comfortable life.

It's not surpising that properties in Spain are booming. A great deal of people i know form England all have properties there. They all say Spain is sunny, nice scenery, relaxing atmosphere, lots of beaches, and homes are cheaper than they are anywhere else (not sure if that is the case now). They currently rent the houses out but when their time comes for retirement, they all want to retreat to Spain. I guess this contributes to the boom. I guess most people from other European countries do that too since they can all live in each others EU countries without visa restrictions, etc. I'd love to have some place in Spain too, one day...

Why you invest in abroad property if you visit over there, then you buy a house in rent or short visit get home in a local rest house in the Spain.
because the property rates of abroad high every one don't buy a house easily.

I don't know anything about spain,I have never visited there before.But,i am looking for moving to canada for starting a business and shift there permanently with my family.It's quite tough to shift to foreign country.For that,first of all,i need information about the position of property there,without the knowledge of property position,It cannot be possible to shift there and start a business there.Is Anyone here who could help me in this case? I will be very thankful for that.

At this time mostly investor invest in Dubai property because mostly international show live from Dubai mostly tv channel convert into this state i hope if more investor interest in Dubai property in the future we save good place for the future planing.
