We have updated the PropertyMaps website with a few additions that may not be immediately found by our users so I wanted to point them out. The first is the Location Information update - we have added National Averages to the Community Information tab and to some of the demographic tabs near the bottom of the page. This new data will allow you to easily compare a certain location against the national data we have, giving you a better idea of how the community fares in certain categories. Next on Location Information is the new Cost of Living tab which gives you a run down of the costs for average expenditures in each location (again compared with National Averages). Both additions are highlighted in the first image below.

The second addition is of various calculators to our Property Details pages. So far we have added “Cost of Living Calculator”, “How Much Can You Afford?”, “Mortgage Calculator”, “Debt Payoff”, “Mortgage Rate Table”, and “Rent vs. Buy”. You can see the calculators on the right side of the Details pages (displayed in the second image below). We will be actively updating these PropertyMaps Tools with new additions over time.

One other thing, we will be adding a MAJOR new feature to the site within the next week so keep checking this blog (or subscribe to the feed at the bottom of the page).
